Xiling Snow Mountain Ski Resort is known as China’s “Alps”. It is 100 kilometers southwest of the capital city Chengdu in Sichuan province, China. Because Chengdu is the main transportation hub in southwest China. It makes transport so much easier to get to the ski site. The ski area covers 8 square kilometers. Thus it has won the name of China’s largest ski resort.
The weather of Xiling Snow Mountain Ski Resort is pretty cold. Especially, in the winter, the temperature can be as low as minus 10 degrees Celsius. But due to the clear and sunny weather, it feels not so cold. The snow amount of the ski area is very stable in the winter. The snow can be as deep as 60 to 70 centimeters.

The ski resort imported 35 snowmobiles from Canada and Japan. And it has three 2,000 meters long, 8 meters wide snowmobile trails. Tourists can fully enjoy the speedy driving in the snowy land.

It allows you to visit the “Northland” scene on the large snow field.
